You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
If you cancel within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost may be applied.
Same-day cancellations (within 12 hours of the appointment) may result in a 50% charge of the service fee due to scheduling and operational costs.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee as our team will have already allocated time and resources.
You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the service without any penalty, subject to availability.
If rescheduled within less than 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of £10 may apply.
Emergency reschedules due to unforeseen events (e.g., medical emergencies) may be accommodated without additional charges at our discretion.
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technician unavailability, extreme weather conditions, or safety concerns), we will notify you as soon as possible.
You will be offered the option to reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund.
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation by Customer: If canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
Service Issues: If a service is not completed as agreed due to negligence on our part, we will either re-perform the service at no additional cost or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Overpayment: If you have been charged incorrectly due to a billing error, you are entitled to a full refund of the overcharged amount.
Completed Services: Once a service has been successfully completed and signed off, refunds are not applicable.
Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer need the service after our team has arrived, a call-out fee may still apply.
No-Show Appointments: If you are not present at the service location at the agreed time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
Refunds via credit/debit card may take longer due to bank processing times.
